Our Mission
To prepare Christian pastors and leaders in the cause of Christ, to equip them with knowledge and understanding of the Sacred Scriptures and Missio Dei (Mission of God); to have a global vision for effective Christ-like service in the local church, communities and the world.
Our Seven Strategies

To prepare pastors and leaders to fulfill the “Great Commission.” Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, 18“All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age” (Matthew 28:18-20)

To prepare a maturing pastor and church leadership to lead the local church of Jesus Christ to reach its full potential in Christian ministry, 12“For the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; 13 until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature person, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ” (Ephesians 4:12-13)

To prepare pastors and church leaders who are Christ-like servants to biblically shepherd a congregation of believers to live and to serve others with their God-given potential through the empowerment of the Holy Spirit. The local church is only as healthy as its pastoral leaders. Biblical character, knowledge, and skill form the core competencies of effective Christian ministry. “So he shepherded them according to the integrity of his heart, And guided them with his skillful hands” (Psalm 78:72)

Our ministry is urgently needed because many do not have sound biblical teaching/training and a lack of resources. RLHM was founded to help meet this critical need to provide a means to educate and train passionate men and women of God who need resources and guidance to build and maintain a functional and growing Christ centered church.
