What We Do

Schools of Ministry

RLHM is operating schools of ministry that offer certificate and diploma levels of training. We are told that 95% of all pastors worldwide have not received any training. This statistic is both staggering and unacceptable. Our vision, through our Schools of Ministry, is to help ensure that every church is equipped with a maturing pastor and church leaders. Qualified pastoral leadership is essential to the health of the Church globally.

Leadership Conferences

Dr. Hamm teaches leadership conferences on a variety of biblical topics. The focus is to prepare and equip pastors and church leaders to be Christ-like servants. The local church is only as healthy as its pastoral leadership. Biblical character, knowledge, and skill form the core competencies of effective Christian ministry. These conferences are vital to preparing leaders and helping them maintain a proper understanding and focus of their ministry. As Dr. Hamm often says, “Leadership is not what you do, it is who you are.”

Adjunct Professor

Dr. Richard Hamm is an adjunct professor with multiple Bible schools and seminaries around the world. He typically teaches graduate courses on leadership, pastoral theology, preaching, and missions. Dr. Hamm has been a lead pastor since 1977 and an international educator since 1990. His decades of experience bring a rich blending of both the practical and the academic side to Christian ministry. By developing lasting relationships with many of his students, he has the privilege of continuing to mentor those he teaches. Mentoring is an important and integral aspect of RLHM.
